How to gain the trust of one's selling and purchasing customers?

Gaining the trust of your customers is not always easy. Often stressed, sometimes inquisitive or even suspicious, most of the time the sellers and buyers who cross your agency's threshold will have assumptions about what they are looking for and what they want. Building a relationship of trust with them can therefore sometimes be a long-term task, on which you have to commit yourself to day after day.

The easiest way to get them to trust you and entrust you with one of the most important projects of their lives is transparency. The real estate agent must be transparent about his/her work to prove his/her expertise. There is no point in overdoing it: your results and customer reviews will speak for you! They are the best testimony of your know-how.
