DE FERLA IMMOBILIER AND VITRINEMEDIA, A LONG-LASTING RELATIONSHIP

In 2012, Laetitia and Dan Adler, managers of the DE FERLA estate agencies, opened their first agency in Paris, driven by a strong desire to undertake and dust off the real estate agent profession. 8 years later, the couple is at the head of 6 agencies spread across the 4 corners of the capital.

 

Working since the beginning with VITRINEMEDIA and the Cornélius communication agency, the pair tell us more about this mutual trust relationship which has developed over time.

Specificities of De Ferla estate agencies

 

It is in the real estate agency De Ferla of the 5th district of Paris that Laetitia and Dan welcomed Romain Cartier in order to retrace their history and outline the many factors at play in their success story.

According to Laetitia, the De Ferla group's main characteristic is to encourage their employees to grow internally, so that they feel fully involved in the company's development. The proof of this winning recipe is the constant growth in sales revenue, year after year.

The relationship between De Ferla and VITRINEMEDIA

 

When they founded their first agency in 2012, Laetitia and Dan Adler turned to VITRINEMEDIA in order to best express their vision of a refined style, in which it would be possible to linger in the window and at the same time see life unfold within the agency, in complete transparency.

The communication agency Cornélius, part of the Vitrinemedia group, was commissioned to install a new illuminated sign in the agency in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, in order to highlight the De Ferla brand. The couple will not hesitate to call on Cornélius and the VM STUDIO designers in the near future for the installations and the signage of the group's upcoming agencies!
