How does VITRINEMEDIA support VIAGIMMO in developing its network of franchised agencies?

Created in 2017 by Sophie Richard, with 19 agencies to date, VIAGIMMO has a unique and atypical positioning as it specialises in life sales, forward sales, bare ownership sales, cash sales and life management. The company's objective is to increase the number of agencies in the national network by a factor of 3 or 4 over the next few years via a franchise model, and it makes no secret of its ambitions.

In order to homogenise its image and its communication elements, to facilitate the installation of its licensees and also to ensure maximum coherence on a national level within the framework of its future development, a partnership with VITRINEMEDIA and the VM AGENCY has been created.

AN AGENCY CONCEPT CREATED FROM SCRATCH

VM AGENCY of VITRINEMEDIA and VIAGIMMO have been able to design an exclusive and personalised catalogue for the network. It is an entire agency concept grouped together in a single tool, ranging from the type of window to be favoured, to the products that can be used and the communication that can be adopted with these same products.

Some branches in the Viagimmo network have been equipped with VM TWO LED poster holders, VM SIGN R60 rounded poster holders (perfect for standing out), and VM LIGHT&PLAY LCD screens to display dynamic content in the window.

The VM AGENCY has also looked at the specific problems of the network's branches, which are sometimes subject to the constraints of the Architectes des Bâtiments de France. Thus, a double system of exterior illuminated signs was set up, in addition to the classic system.

To support VIAGIMMO in promoting the brand at each stage of the customer journey, customised wallpapers, kakemonos and banners, and illuminated logos were integrated into the catalogue.
